Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges on all items except custom branded or custom printed products within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.  We would require you to send back and pay for the return shipping.  We will not refund any shipping associated to the original order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Return items must not contain any custom branding or custom printing
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

2. Let us know the order number and the nature of your return and will instruct you on steps to handle the return/exchange

Additional Information:

• It will take up to 7 business days to process your refund, replacement product, or store credit
• You will be required to pay the shipping fees to return the item as well as any new shipping fees to ship an exchanged item to you.
• Your refund will not include any shipping costs associated with the original order
